Wow! 16! Okay, here's the lesson I learned today. It was an amazing experience.
I was at a class called "Creativity as a Wellbeing Strategy." (Yes, I know, more California it could not be) Anyway, we did this exercise where we wrote letters to ourselves from our fear. Maybe, more clearly for me, our fear center. Try it.
Just write a letter to yourself from your fear. It's amazing and cleansing in a weird way. I feel today like fog has been swept away, at least for a time. I'd love to hear if you try it.
